WARNING: This article will contain spoilers.

I was very hesitant to watch Before I Fall because the trailer made the film seem unoriginal. But, I decided to watch it since it was going off Netflix in a couple of days. And I am happy that I decided to watch it. At first, I was still unsure how I would feel about it because I thought the ending would be quite predictable. But, I got an ending that would have never crossed my mind until the movie only had a couple of minutes left on it.

The color scheme of the movie was overall very fitting. The actors did very well with the rules they were placed in and portraying who they were meant to be in the story. Some of the lines in the movies seemed a little cheesy and fake but besides that, the film was very good and I would recommend this it.

Just a warning, this is when the spoilers start. It turned out that Samantha would be the one dying. As the movie was going on I never would have expected that would have been the way it ended. I thought everyone would have gotten to live and Samantha would have been able to live the rest of her life out with Kent. I was very upset the movie didn't end the way I wanted it to, to the point I was in tears due to the unexpectedness of her death. But then after reflecting on it for a little bit. I realized that the movie needed to end the way it did because if it did not end that way there would be no lesson. No motivation for people who might be struggling to enjoy or be grateful for life.

So, no matter what place you are in life. Let this movie be a lesson. A lesson to treat people right because you never know when they're going to be gone. A lesson to be grateful for every moment of your life even the bad ones because, in the end, you got to live that moment. While you still can, enjoy life and live it to its fullest potential.
