I watched this movie over the weekend, thinking it was going to be a good thriller. But, I ended up being extremely disappointed. After the first thirty minutes of the film, I could predict the majority of the plotline besides a couple of smaller parts.
Even though I could predict the majority of the movie that still does not mean it was not a decent film overall. The plotline of it was pretty good and there were even a couple of parts that I had not predicted. While the ending crossed my mind, I still did not think that was the way they were going to choose to end it.
The actors and actresses did a pretty good job of making the storyline feel real. I thought it was cool how real-life social issues were brought into the storyline even though they were a bit exaggerated. I think the story ended up working out nicely together. But, if you're looking for a movie that will keep you at the edge of your seat the whole time or scare you out of your skeleton this one is definitely not the one.
The movie had some disturbing images and would not be suitable for children unless they do not get scared easily.
Overall, I would not recommend this film because of its inability to keep me guessing throughout it. Although, if you want a movie that won't scare you so bad to where you have nightmares for days this might be a good option for you. As always this is my opinion and if you have a different one that's perfectly okay!
